Rich Baumet Presents: What I Learned at PASS 2018

(A journey through the sober times at the 2018 PASS Conference)

Rich Baumet

Summary: This last conference I stuck to 3 main focuses: DevOps, SQL Server on Linux, and Containers. In this session I will attempt to combine all the materials and sessions I attended to give you a coherent version of what I believe to be a good explanation. I will also couple this with on going discoveries and tests done at my job on some of these topics. I will also throw in some cool things I saw from keynotes or other sessions that might not have been glamourous but some of them made me say “FINALLY!!!”

This session is for those that are curious for any of those three topics or because you just like the sound of my voice (Scott Stauffer).

PlentyOfFish Media ULC has generously sponsored both the location and pizza for this event, feel free to click on the link to view current opportunities at this fast-paced organization with one of the largest deployments of SQL Server in North America. Also please RSVP to let us know you are coming, so we can make sure we have enough food and drinks on hand.
